Hydraulic units
MAXIMATOR aggregates for oil, water or aggressive media are complete hydraulic units ready for connection. They are used for generating operating pressures of up to 7,000 bar. The device can be used for all kinds of testing, clamping, or other processes requiring a certain pressure.
Stations with booster compressors
All PLV booster compressors can be equipped with a pneumatic control unit consisting of a filter, pressure regulating valve with a manometer, and a shut-off air valve. Using the pneumatic control unit, the constant transmission ratio can be preset to the required end pressure. Choose a standard station or a solution tailored for the specific customer.
Compressor stations
MAXIMATOR compressor stations for nitrogen or other gases are complete compressor stations ready for connection. They are used for generating operating pressures of up to 2,400 bar. The device can be used for all kinds of testing, filling, or other processes requiring a maximum pressure.

Assisted injection of plastics (English: AIM = Assisted Injection moulding is a type of plastic processing that improves the quality of products and significantly saves production costs. This technology involves injection of gas or water under high pressure into plastic contained in an injection mould.
